Description
Guímaro Camiño Real Mencía 2017; It is a wine made mostly with Mencía, which carries 20 other red varieties Such as Garnacha Tintorera, Caíño Tinto, Mouratón and Souson.
These grapes come from several vineyards located mostly in slate soils. Once the grape has been harvested, it ferments with the rasp in deposits of different materials, with native yeasts.
Subsequent ageing is in wood deposits of different sizes for about 7 months. Once assembled in stainless steel tanks It is bottled just before going to the market.
