Description

Guímaro A Ponte Mencía 2019, vineyard located just above Finca Meixeman, planted a few years ago and managed in ecological and protected in the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin.

Fermentation in closed conical deposits with 100% scraping. From the beginning of fermentation until the wine is removed, about 50 days pass.

Bleeding is then done by its own inertia and gentle pressing of the paste. Malolactic in barrels. The wine aged in a 5,000 litre oak vat for 6 months and then transferred to used 500 litre barrels, where it will remain for 12 months.

Very ripe on the nose, with black fruits, subtle and very drinkable, a genuine wine of pleasure.
Fruit from start to finish, and with marked terroir at the back.
