Ginger Perusiñas; is a brand of artisan cookies that was born in Lugo, by initiative and collaboration of three brothers with a high knowledge in both traditional cuisine and pastries, in 2022.
Their products are made entirely by hand, with few ingredients, no preservatives or additives.
