Description
Fraga do Corvo Godello 2022; The fruit of Fraga do Corvo, grows in its own vineyards with more than 20 years of age, on slopes of granite disintegration.
The bunches are rigorously controlled while they are cultivated and the harvest of the grains is done manually, and these are transported to the facilities of the winery using boxes of 15 kilos of maximum capacity. In this way it is avoided that the grape deteriorates when it is moved and fermente prematurely, thus losing its best characteristics.
Winemaking starts with temperature controlled in cold storage. The bunches are then chosen one by one, at the selection table and those in the best condition are destem and macerated before going through pneumatic press.
The musts are separated and a static desfangado is carried out and ultimately final fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature.

- Visual phase: of precise yellow color, steely edging, clean and bright, of very good dense tear.
- Olfactory phase: Intense floral aromas (white flowers, jasmine, white rose petals, orange blossom) and fruit trees (apples, lemon pears), subtle citrus memories, boxwood, fresh grass, intense fragrant aromas.
- Gustatory phase: with a creamy entrance and with volume, leaving a refreshing sensation, citrus fruity notes, minerality with salty sensations, many nuances, fatty, long.
