Description
Fraga do Corvo Godello 2018; The fruit of Fraga do Corvo, grows in its own vineyards with more than 20 years of age, on slopes of granitic disintegration.
The bunches are rigorously controlled while they are grown and the harvest of the grapes is carried out manually, and these are transported to the winery facilities using boxes of 15 kilos of maximum capacity. In this way it prevents the grapes from deteriorating when they are moved and ferally prematurely, thus losing their best characteristics.
The winemaking process starts with controlled temperature in the cold room. The bunches are then chosen one by one, at the selection table and those in the best conditions are destemmed and macerated before passing through pneumatic press.
The musts are separated and static settling is performed and ultimately final fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.

- Visual phase: precise yellow, steely rim, clean and bright, very good dense tear.
- Olfactory phase: Intense floral aromas (white flowers, jasmine, white rose petals, orange blossom) and fruit (apples, lemon pears), subtle citrus hints, boxwood, fresh grass, intense fragrant aromas.
- Taste phase: with a creamy and bulky attack, leaving a refreshing sensation, citrus fruity notes, minerality with saline sensations, many nuances, greasy, long.
