Description
Finca Genoveva Caíño Tinto 2016; Finca Genoveva Caíño is traditional winemaking in fudres and with native yeasts. Before bottling, this wine is aged for twelve months in French oak casks.
The Grape is born in a small and very old parcel, centenarian vines of Caíño, which occupies only one hectare and a half. Of great wine tradition, these vines have been working for five generations. One of them is embodied by Genoveva, who gives the name to this wine.
The project, currently led by Rodrigo Méndez, has the inestimable collaboration of Raúl Pérez, probably the most hailed Spanish winemaker for wine critics.
