Description

Finca Cuarta Mencía 2019; The paste is cooled to 5oC with carbonic snow at maximum anthotian extraction, to ensure a greater phenolic structure. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, lasting approximately 15 days.

Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same vats, in which the wine remains for final refinement, until the time of bottling and subsequent marketing.

Elegant nose, with hints of blue flowers and red and black fruit.
On the palate it is a fresh and balanced expression of the finesse that a Mencía de la Ribeira Sacra can have in a young wine.
