Description
Eduardo Bravo Ribeiro Blanco 2018, is a Coupage of the varieties Treixadura, Albariño and Torrontés produced and bottled by Bodegas Pazo Lalón.
Manual harvest, in boxes of 20 Kg. and fermented with a foot of vat at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it is aged for 6 months until it is clarified naturally.
Soils, most develop from granitic materials, with sandy-loam textures and to a lesser extent sandy-frank. We also find soils of metamorphic shale materials, and those developed from sedimentary materials with more frank textures.
