Do Ferreiro Orujo Blanco; A well-structured and persistent pomace protected by the Xeographic Indication Orujo de Galicia. Made entirely with Albariño grape bagasse.

Unique extreme nose pomace, marked by deep balsamic notes such as fennel, dill, black pepper and flowers such as mimosa.
In the mouth it is soft, with an elegant bitterness and long finish recalling floral notes.
