Description
Desconcierto Albariño 2019; Once in the facility, the pressing is long (4 – 5 hours) with low intensity progressive pressures and very tight yields. Once the must is stripped of the thickest sediments, fermentation begins spontaneously, controlling the temperature mechanically.
After two weeks of fermentation, the wine is extracted from the top of the mother lees, transposing it and in fine lees of their own, which will be in dissolution with the wine by the technique of continuous pumping every fortnight, for seven months.
Tasting….
- Straw yellow with greenish glints.
- Very intense nose with notes of ripe fruit reminiscent of white peach, pear and apples. Mild notes of vanilla and yeast, product of aging and removed in the vat.
- Wide mouth, with volume and fat. Fixed acidity very well integrated, which gives it freshness and citrus notes. Long aftertaste, slightly bitter and enveloping.
