Description

D’berna Mencía 2021; protected and protected in the Valdeorras Denomination of Origin , this excellent monovarietal Galician broth is born, Mencía one hundred percent.

The winery, inaugurated in 2009 in Vilamartín de Valdeorras, completes a long family dedication to the care of the vineyards. He focuses all his efforts on varietal monkeys, Godello and Mencía.

Valdeorras is a designation of origin whose production area is located in the north-eastern part of the province of Ourense (Spain). It is made up of 8 municipalities. Irrigated by the river Sil, it obtained the qualification of denomination of origin in 1945. The 8 municipalities that make up the Valdeorras Designation of Origin are the following: O Barco de Valdeorras, O Bolo, Carballeda de Valdeorras, Larouco, Petín, A Rúa, Rubiá and Vilamartín de Valdeorras.

Intense cherry red colour with violet reflections, bright and vivid.
Intense aromas with expression of red fruits (blackberries, currants and blueberries) and light mineral notes.
Tasty, fleshy, good tannins, with ripe tannins, obvious but not annoying.
