Bodegas Elisa Collarte only produces wine 100 winegrower of own elaboration Colleiteira, has four and a half hectares of own vineyard in which only autochthonous varieties are cultivated, White: Treixadura, Godello, Albariño and Loureira and inks: Mencía, Souson and Caíño.
The vineyards, like the winery, are located in the parish of Santo André, hence its name, with granite and clayey soils.
