The process of making Condes de Albarei Enxebre Albariño, is based on an ancient and artisanal method adapted to the modern technology of the winery, which consists of macerating whole bunches for several days under a carbonic environment.

- On the nose it has a good aromatic intensity, dominating the fruity aromas of apple, peach, pineapple, on a subtle and elegant background of white flowers.
- In the mouth the wine is fresh, glyceric, full-bodied and a slightly bitter finish that gives it a great personality and complexity.
