Conservas Rosa Lafuente is provided with cockles only and exclusively, from the Ria de Noia.
Natural Gourmet Cockles production process.
Cockles are a clam-like production; though it’s not as delicate a product as she is.
The process is as follows: they are cooked in water, with the correct hygienic-sanitary characteristics. The whole chipping and sorting process is manual.
They are then washed back in hot water, and from there to packing. Then the cover liquid is added, which is in this case, natural water.
It is closed and sterilized with the characteristic and suitable parameters for this product. And it’s ready for storage and subsequent sale.
