Description
Casal de Armán Ribeiro Tinto 2016, The harvest to make this Galician wine from the Ribeiro Denomination of Origin was carried out with selection in the vineyard at the optimum moment of ripening.
Once in the winery, the whole grape was macerated before fermenting in stainless steel deposits at a low temperature. Fermentation and maceration is also in storage.
At the end, the solid parts of Casal de Armán Tinto wine are separated and malolactic fermentation takes place, letting the wine rest for 11 months in the tank to be rounded. Once bottled and before going on sale, it remains 3-4 months at rest in the bottle of Bodegas Casal de Armán.
