Casal de Armán Ribeiro Blanco 2017; Manual and selected harvesting, posterior pressed without destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, between 15 and 16, for 20 days.
This vinification is carried out in the modern facilities of bodegas Casal de Armán, independently according to the variety of each grape and plot. Finally the coupage is made and bottled.
- Straw yellow Color and very bright, with greenish reflections, glyceric consistency.
- Aromas of medium intensity to hay, white flowers, fennel, small fruits of bone in seasoning, litchies, notes of peach, balsamic and spring water.
- Tasty, fresh, unctuous and structured. Greedy with sensations of exotic fruit, grapefruit, fresh herbaceous, and with a perfectly integrated acidity and a long sapid finish.
