Desconcierto Albariño 2020; Once in the facilities, the pressing is long (4 – 5 hours) with progressive pressures of low intensity and very tight yields. Once the must is stripped of the thickest sediments, fermentation begins spontaneously, controlling the temperature mechanically.
After two weeks of fermentation, the wine is extracted from above the mother lees, transeging it and in its own fine lees, which will be in solution with the wine through the technique of continuous remontados every fifteen days, for seven months.
- Straw yellow with greenish flashes.
- Very intense nose with notes of ripe fruit reminiscent of white peach, pear and apples. Slight notes of vanillas and yeasts, product of aging and stirred in the vat.
- Wide mouth, with volume and fat. Fixed acidity very well integrated, which gives it freshness and citrus notes. Long, slightly bitter and enveloping post-taste.
