Description
Anadigna Albariño 2017; It is an authentic wine of author belonging to the Rías Baixas denomination of Origin, born from a long family tradition, and its fertile lands located In the Valle do Salnés.
Controlled fermentation in stainless steel for 21 days at 16o, then a partial malolactic was performed and its final mixture was carried out before performing its tartaric stabilization by cold to -5o Celsius.

- Straw-coloured yellow, medium-green, limpid and bright.
- Medium-high intensity, aromatic herbs, balsamic, citrus, mineral background and saline.
- In the mouth is fresh, good acidity, citric, fatty, unctuous, long floral notes and the citrus and balsamic notes reappear, long, fine bitter final.
