Description
Algueira Mencía 2021; Coming from young vineyards, this wine is made entirely with the queen red variety of the Ribeira Sacra, the Mencía, benefiting from the micro-climate of the area, characterized by its Atlantic influence.
The manual harvest is carried out in oxygenated boxes, where it is taken to the winery; it is destemmed and racked to perform maceration at 10ºC and then fermentation for 18 days at low temperature to preserve all the primary aromas, with a symmetry of flavors, texture and aromas that border on perfection.

- Varietal nose. Blackberry yogurt, raspberry jam, suggestive and powerful.
- Balanced mouth. It is corpulent, a quality that breaks with the usual lightness of the area, but without being heavy, the harmonious acidity gives it liveliness.
