ADA Gin Berries Organic; it is the result of a combination of aromatic plants from Galicia with fresh strawberries. Born from the fusion of nature and castro knowledge, ADA Organic brings together the Celtic origins and the tradition of the Galician distillers of Pazo de Valdomiño.

ADA Gin Berries, combines a set of native Celtic aromatic plants, used by our druids, such as Heather and Laurel, adding the fresh flavor of strawberry.

Base of the botanical used; Juniper, strawberry, lemon, coriander, licorice, heather and bay leaf.

TASTING…

Pink color, which could be altered over time due to its characteristics.
On the nose, the aroma of strawberry stands out in particular with notes of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry.
In the mouth the result is a soft gin, friendly due to its triple distillation and where the strawberry flavor predominates.
