Description
A Flor e a Abella Ribeiro Tinto 2016 is a fine, light, juicy wine with a fruitiness of great subtlety. Made in the Bodegas Coto de Gomariz and under the protection of the Ribeiro Denomination of Originthis monovarietal of the Sousón variety was born.
Coto de Gomariz is the winery of the Carreiro family. It is located in the Gomariz Valley, where wines have been produced since the 10th century.
They produce their wines entirely with native Galician varieties, thanks to a unique micro-climate and three different soils: granite sands, clay and schist.
Tasting….
- Cherry red with a low medium robe, violet on the rim, clean and bright.
- Medium intensity, very fruity, black fruit, blackberry and blueberries with hints of yogurts, slightly lactic. Very nice on the nose and well defined. Some coffee.
- Soft mouth, with incipient and marked acidity, with lots of fruit and good mid palate, medium low body, light and pleasant. Slightly herbaceous on the palate.
