Tasting….
- Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections, dense tears, clean and bright.
- The nose is quite expressive, relatively ripe white and bone fruit, white flowers and some hints of wood although without disturbing at all.
- In the mouth it enters hard, it is dense, it has a lot of volume. Good acidity despite aging and long rest. There are light touches of wood but it is very well integrated.
*NOTE: In the tasting we accompany you with some Grilled Knives.
